Accounts Office

The Cashiers and Student Accounts Office serves as the university’s central depository for cash receipts collected by departments and organizations across campus. Our office is dedicated to ensuring that student payments and departmental deposits are accurately processed, deposited, and credited to the appropriate university accounts.

Our office consists of four functional areas: Cashiering and Deposit Services, Student Accounts Counseling and Management, Student Loan and Debt Collections, and Student Receivable Accounting. Together, these teams provide critical financial services that support student success and the university’s fiscal stewardship. We partner with students, families, faculty, and staff to facilitate payment options, manage student account activity, process refunds, support collections efforts, and provide financial guidance. Our work balances exceptional customer service with strong financial controls, ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of the university’s student receivable and deposit processes.
